A trip 2 the doctor Seroquel for anxiety related insomnia
A morning filled with anxiety. I was so worked up about the dr, that I threw up, hit an ice patch on my driveway, slammed my LandRover into my fence (not much damage- yay LandRovers) cried in her office and made it home again. And it it is just past noon. I hope the rest of the day is a little calmer.
At night is when alot of the negative self talk starts to take over. 'U are hopless' "U will never get out of this" blah blah blah....
