Rolls-Royce 2008 Phantom Ride
Let us take a test drive of a 2008 Rolls-Royce Phantom along the Colonial Parkway in Williamsburg, VA. This was taken during the Rolls-Royce Owners' Club's (www.RROC.org) Annual Meet held in June, 2008. But first we will see an extended wheel base Phantom and then the silver Phantom that got to drive.
The noise that you hear in the car is not the engine, but the air conditioning. It was in the 90's at the time.
