Gran Turismo 4 - Replay 02 & 03
Double replay here, due to the length. This is Mission 26 and 27, and definitely the cause of much stress. I'm not a particularly competent GT driver anyway. I can have my good days, but I'm far from being great. These definitely tested my driving skills, but I eventually pulled through.
Mission 26. Ah, I love Suzuka, and I love how this car feels. Wraps round the corners sweetly and has some zip behind it on the straights. I love the quick meandering turns at the start, I was going almost flat out through there, squeezing the brakes slightly. The quick 90 degree turns after this section are equally nice, a real sense of speed through there. All in all it's one of my favourite tracks, but this was a definite b***h of a mission.
Mission 27. You know, I really do like the Mazda, but it's far too unruly for me. Feels like it will take off half the time, I need something a bit more grounded. Nevertheless it's a thrill to drive, especially around a track like Laguna Seca, which harnesses some tight braking points. However the Mission is just hell, I did not enjoy it one bit. Cars get in the way, force you off the track, bump into you. I tried my best to avoid the collision at the last corner, but it's pretty impossible. Pulled through though.
Will try and upload Mission 29 when I'm done with it (Urgh, still stuck there, not a fan of the Corvette). Anyway, rate and comment please! Music:
