Opel Vectra 1.7 Turbo Diesel (Isuzu engine). Cold Start, 2°C and moist wheather.
Probably blown head gasket, since there is much steam (gray-white smoke) in the exhaust, and high pressure air (and dirty water) in the water-cooling system.
