6.2 diesel start idle rev no mufflers
Starting the 6.2 on 07_02_2007.
The camera fell over after I started the truck and you can hear my expression of dismay at the end of the clip.. LOL
It was obviously warm outside, so the truck, an '83 chevy 2wd 20 series silverado suburban, even with 600,000+ miles, starts easily with no commotion. Supposedly the camshaft is worn out - according to the diesel shop that did the *LAST* injector pump replacement that I will ever pay for from a shop (ask for the shop name if you live in Hampton Roads, VA -- service was great the first two times, but the last time, they treated the truck like a piece of shit, but we still paid for it we had to correct numerous "NOOB" errors ourselves (loose intake bolts?!?!?).. to the tune of $1400 ((same price other two visits))). This truck sounds like every other good running 6.2 on youTube, at least, and better than most I see in real life.
