The Federal Reserve System is a private bank and it is issuing "bills of credit" on behalf of the Congress as money. Another name for a "bill of credit" is the Federal Reserve Note, what's printed on every dollar you spend. Yes, every dollar you spend is an illegal "bill of credit" issued, not by the government, but by a private banking cartel that charges the public so much interest, the income tax had to be established in order to ensure payments. Thus, every dollar that comes into existence does so as a dollar of debt because it's backed not by gold and silver, as stipulated in Article I of the Constitution, but by debt in the form of government bonds. We now live in a nation so overwhelmed by debt, it will never be paid off.
Due to the mathematics of principle and interest creation, the U.S. financial system is a Ponzi scheme that can never be remedied so long as the government ignores principles in the U.S. Constitution.
