Then we follow the crop to one of Hawaii's favorites restaurants, Roy's Hawaii Kai as Executive Chef Ronnie Nasuti prepares a Nalo Greens Trio salad sampler. Last, Special Guest Rick Rock from Rick Rock Productions joins us and shares the happening nightlife spots in Honolulu.
