Sometimes rain can confuse people like it did this idiot in Middletown NY. Not only was the rain pretty bad making it hard to see but somehow they thought moving to the slow lane at the end of the on ramp was a good idea with an oversize load merging into traffic. Trying to remedy the situation didn't go much better judging by how the guy in the Audi felt.
